0.1.135 is live. This one brings the current character, clothing, UI, estate, and vehicle work together.
The new male and female bodies now have proper eyelids, an open mouth with teeth and a tongue, face and body controls, separate eyes, and eye color. The broken animation conversions have been repaired so the characters use our existing movements again. Both bodies also have the new hairstyle collection.

Clothing is actual equipment now. Your profession gives you a starting outfit when you create a character, and the pieces appear in the equipment panel. They use the same inventory, storage, and drag system as our other items. The clothes follow body shape changes too. These are the first versions of the outfits, so there is still art work to do.
The UI has been rebuilt around our Figma layout and Blank UI kit. That includes character creation, inventory, equipment, quests, shops, crafting, social, settings, the map, and the HUD. Panels keep their intended size, longer lists scroll, and hover and selected states are clearer.

The estate additions are in this release: the herb garden, chapel ruins, cellar entrance, orchard, pumpkin field, Hollow entrance, old mine, service courtyard, mushroom grove, and main gardens. They include their props and connecting paths. The screenshots show the current greybox work in Unity.

Road travel and fleet ownership are included too. The transfer system carries the truck, hitched trailer, loaded cargo, and a party passenger between the estate and Blackmoor. Ownership stays with the vehicle, and visitors cannot drive someone else’s truck. We still need people to give loaded convoys and passenger trips a proper live playtest.
Launcher 0.2.9 can choose the compressed package for bigger updates when it is smaller than downloading the changed files individually. It still checks the downloaded files and keeps the smaller file-by-file path for small updates.
Update the launcher and game, give everything a run, and send me the location and a screenshot if something is off. I especially want feedback on character creation, moving clothing between equipment and storage, and taking a loaded truck and trailer into town.
