A gathered resource only becomes meaningful when the player has useful choices for it. Over the past two months, inventory, equipment, crafting, restoration, commerce, and banking have been connected into a much more complete item journey.

Items with physical shape and purpose

The main inventory uses multi-cell placement, stacking, splitting, tooltips, and organization instead of treating every object as an identical square. Extra bag storage only exists when an expansion bag is equipped. The character equipment screen remains separate from the inventory, with dedicated wearable slots, while the toolbar provides quick access to tools, seeds, consumables, and other usable items.

Selecting a toolbar slot places its item in the character’s main hand. Authored three-dimensional tool prefabs use their hand-aligned placement; items without a model can use their icon as a lightweight held representation. Dropping an item creates a world object that nearby players can see and pick up, with the server preserving authority over the transfer.

Crafting begins with restoration

The estate’s first crafting bench is not granted in working condition. Players restore it with harvested materials before its recipes become available. Crafting definitions now cover shared base recipes and foundations for blacksmithing, alchemy, tailoring, carpentry, engineering, cooking, and future disciplines. Recipe requirements can accept compatible material families, allowing a suitable wood or stone variant to satisfy a recipe instead of demanding an impossible exact label.

Several ways to trade

NPC shops, direct player trade, negotiable player stalls, and the auction house serve different kinds of exchange. Personal banks use the same spatial storage principles as inventory, while the guild bank adds shared storage and rank-aware access.

The economy recognizes four distinct currencies: Scrip for everyday exchange, Gloams for Hollow activity, Stamps for guild systems, and Strikes for account-wide cosmetic offerings. Wallet values and transactions are supplied by authoritative snapshots so the same balance appears wherever the player spends or trades.
